About The Author
Kim Kelly is the author of eleven novels, including the acclaimed Wild Chicory and The Blue Mile. Best known for her historical fictions, with distinctive warmth and lyrical charm, Kim leads her readers into the heart of some of Australia’s knottiest political and social contradictions, but each of her words shines with love, hope, and occasionally a little magic.
For her sins, Kim is also a well-known book editor and reviewer, because too much narrative action is never enough.
Originally from Sydney, today Kim lives on a small rural property in central New South Wales.
