In 2070, Europe is in chaos.  

A young performer, Blanco, is trapped in a sinister travelling circus, the Cirque du Curiosities.  His only family are heavily-armed freaks, disfigured innocents, malignant criminals, and the volcanic Baba Yaga, a Russian witch.  Blanco wants out, but how can he leave behind the people he loves?
