Friends of the Flood is an Australian children’s story inspired by the January 2011 floods that swept across our great southern land. 

This beautifully illustrated story mirrors the cooperation between Australian people who cast aside their differences in order to help one another. 

Through great adversity special friendships were formed, and lives, homes and communities were rebuilt.
