Step Up and Wear the Damn Shoes is a bold, inspiring guide for women who are ready to take ownership of their lives, their choices, and their financial future.
Drawing on a lifetime of experience in business, leadership, and personal reinvention, Marcia Griffin shares the truths many women were never taught about money, independence, and self-worth. This book challenges outdated beliefs that keep women small and replaces them with practical wisdom, real stories, and the courage to act.
Inside, you will discover how to build true independence, understand and take control of your finances, recognise red flags in relationships and money matters, rebuild after loss, betrayal, or setbacks, and step into leadership in your own life with confidence and clarity.
This is more than a book about success. It is about freedom. It is about knowing you never have to stay where you are not safe, not valued, or not in control.
Whether you are starting over, stepping up, or simply ready for more, this book will meet you where you are and show you what is possible when you choose yourself.
